About Miniento: From ZHEN-MU to a Global Miniature Brand

Miniento is a miniature brand specializing in detailed dollhouses, DIY miniature furniture kits, collectible room boxes, and display-ready miniature scenes.

Our story began in China under the name Weiguan Zhenmu（微观臻慕）. You may still see the ZHEN-MU mark on many of our products today. As we began introducing our work to customers around the world, we created the name Miniento—a name designed to be easier for international customers to pronounce, remember, and recognize.

Although the name changed for our international audience, the team, craftsmanship, and passion behind every miniature remain the same.

Where Our Story Began: 1:6 Scale Dollhouses

Miniento’s journey began with large, highly detailed 1:6 scale dollhouses.

At the time, creating a dollhouse at this scale was an ambitious project. A 1:6 miniature world requires much more than simply enlarging a traditional dollhouse. The furniture, architecture, lighting, interior decoration, and visual proportions must all work together to create a believable environment.

Our team successfully transformed these large-scale dollhouses into products that collectors could own and display. They helped ZHEN-MU become recognized within China’s dollhouse and miniature community.

We later introduced a variety of 1:6 scale dollhouse designs, each with its own architectural style, interior atmosphere, and story. Many of these projects received an enthusiastic response from miniature collectors and design lovers on social media.

One of our large-dollhouse videos has received more than one million views and 110,000 likes on Instagram, showing us that carefully created miniature worlds can connect with people far beyond our original market.
